Bus service in downtown Riverside will be affected this weekend due to freeway construction that begins Saturday night at 10 p.m. and ends Sunday morning at 8 a.m. All routes serving downtown may experience late-night or early-morning delays or detours as crews close portions of the 91 Freeway between Central Avenue and 14th Street.
