Mt. San Jacinto College is home to more than 16,000 students, all of whom get unlimited RTA bus rides with their college IDs. The college enrolled its first students in the fall of 1963. Locations are in Banning, Menifee, San Jacinto and Temecula, where students can take courses and programs that satisfy transfer requirements to four-year colleges and universities.
