Prospective bidders shall possess a Class “A” contractor’s license to meet the requirements of the project. This project is subject to California Prevailing Wage Laws which require:

RFP 17-057 | Purchase of Natural Gas Requirements and Third Party Consulting Services for the Management of Agency's LCFS Credit Program

The Riverside Transit Agency invites proposals from qualified Energy Services Providers for the purchase of its Natural Gas requirements and for third party consulting services associated with the Agency’s LCFS Credit Program, set up in accordance with the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006. Qualified providers will a) supply 100 percent of the Agency’s natural gas requirements in the form of a guaranteed supply of natural gas for conversion to Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) to both Agency facilities on a non-interruptible basis at a minimal cost and b) compensate the Agency for providing the proper rights for its LCFS credits created under LCFS Regulations. In addition, the successful proposer shall maximize revenues to the Agency from all applicable and eligible sources including but not limited to LCFS credits, federal RINs, and FET credits.
