Synopsis	The Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) is seeking a partnership with a vendor to implement a third-party payroll solution to replace the use of its current Oracle E-Business suite payroll module, version 11.5.10.2 running on Oracle database version 9.2.0.8.0, for bi-weekly payroll processing. The agency desires a completely hosted, application service provider (ASP) modeled, third-party solution that is able to interface with its existing time keeping, general ledger (GL), and human resources (HR) systems.
