POSITION SUMMARY
The Riverside Transit Agency is recruiting for current openings and to develop an eligibility list for the position of On-Call Customer Information Clerk.   Under the supervision of the Customer Information Supervisor, the Customer Information Clerk assists in maintaining a high quality, responsive working environment and provides friendly, courteous customer service and accurate information.  Customer Information Clerks currently work in the Call Center located at our Riverside facility and may be scheduled to work anytime during normal Call Center hours which are Monday through Friday, 6:00am-10:00pm, Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am-10:00pm, including holidays.

Hourly Rate: $10.30 per hour (19 hours a week maximum)

POSITION SUMMARY
The Riverside Transit Agency is recruiting to fill current openings and to develop an eligibility list for the position of part-time coach operator to operate the Agency's transit bus fleet and provide safe, dependable and courteous public transportation service for the citizens of the RTA Service area.  Please be advised that this may involve assignment at either our Riverside or Hemet locations.  Applicants must be available to work 7 days per week, including holidays, and all shifts.  A current DMV H6 printout must be provided with application and must show no suspensions within the past five (5) years and no more than three (3) points within the past three (3) years and no two (2) point violations within the past three (3) years. FAILURE TO PROVIDE A CURRENT H6 WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPLICATION BEING INCOMPLETE.

Hourly Rate: ​$14.22 first year; progression thereafter to $21.88

Riverside Transit Agency is recruiting for the position of Human Resources Manager.  Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, this position plans, organizes, administers, coordinates and directs the Human Resources Department functions including: equal employment opportunity (EEO) program, drug and alcohol program, recruitment, classification and compensation; employee insurance and benefit programs; leave of absence programs and conducts research and analysis.

Monthly Salary Range: $5,203 (mid-range $6,504) $8,273
Normal Hiring Range: $5,203 - $6,504
