The Riverside Transit Agency is recruiting for current openings and to develop an eligibility list for the position of On-Call Customer Information Clerk. Under the supervision of the Customer Information Supervisor, the Customer Information Clerk assists in maintaining a high quality, responsive working environment and provides friendly, courteous customer service and accurate information. Customer Information Clerks currently work in the Call Center located at our Hemet facility and may be scheduled to work anytime during normal Call Center hours which are Monday through Friday, 6:00am-10:00pm, Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am-10:00pm, including holidays.
Hourly Rate: $11.00 per hour (19 hours a week maximum)
